Win630 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and Win630 ("Win630", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Win630 website at win630.app and all associated services, features, content, and games available through the platform.

By accessing Win630, creating a member account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino game, or using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete account registration on Win630.

Win630 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active members of material changes via the registered email address or through a notice on the Win630 website. Your continued use of Win630 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use a Win630 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Win630 does not permit individuals under 21 to register or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing Win630 services, or be a Philippine citizen accessing the platform from an approved jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of Win630 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme with Win630 or any affiliated gaming operator.

2.2 Account Creation

Each person may hold only one active Win630 account. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and pending winnings.

When registering on Win630, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Win630 may request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or as part of our ongoing compliance procedures.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Win630 login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified Win630 of unauthorised access. 3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Win630 accepts the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine members:

All transactions on Win630 are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). Win630 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or digital wallet provider are your own responsibility.

3.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on Win630 is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though Win630 reserves the right to review unusually large or irregular deposits as part of our compliance and anti-money laundering procedures. All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Win630 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount on Win630 is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. Win630 targets a processing time of under one hour for GCash and Maya withdrawals during normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or digital wallet provider.

Before your first withdrawal — or when withdrawing amounts above ₱50,000 — Win630 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued Philippine ID. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not a penalty. Your withdrawal will be processed as soon as verification is confirmed.

Win630 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending review if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms.

4Betting Rules

4.1 General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on Win630 are final and binding once confirmed by the system. Win630 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in clearly defined exceptional circumstances such as event cancellation, obvious system error, or duplicate bet submissions caused by a technical fault.

Win630 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet that we reasonably believe was placed based on insider information, collusion with other bettors or participants, or through any form of manipulation of Win630's systems or odds.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by sport, event, and market type. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing your wager. Win630 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including for individual members based on betting patterns.

4.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by Win630 under the following conditions: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the settlement window; a material error was made in the published odds due to a technical fault; the event result cannot be officially verified; or the event falls outside the scope of the original market definition. Stake amounts from void bets are returned in full to the member's Win630 wallet.

4.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting on Win630 is subject to the same general rules above with the additional note that odds during live events update rapidly and in-play bets are placed at the odds confirmed at the exact moment of bet acceptance, not at the odds displayed when you first selected the market. Connectivity issues on your end that cause delays in bet submission do not entitle you to previously displayed odds.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Win630 offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing members from time to time. Each individual bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is made. These general bonus terms apply to all Win630 promotions unless otherwise stated.

Bonus funds awarded by Win630 must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement and any applicable game restrictions are stated in the specific promotion terms. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the bonus validity period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

Bonuses on Win630 are intended for genuine entertainment purposes only. Win630 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings from any member who, in our reasonable opinion, is abusing the bonus system. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing bets that exploit statistical loopholes to guarantee bonus conversion; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts; or any other pattern of behaviour inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

5.3 Changes to Promotions

Win630 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited to a member's account at the time of cancellation will continue to be subject to the wagering requirements that were in place when the bonus was awarded.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Win630. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where legally required:

• Using Win630 if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating more than one Win630 account in your name or using another person's identity
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activities
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit any Win630 system, game, or betting market
• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets on Win630
• Colluding with other players in any Win630 poker game or live casino table
• Placing bets while in possession of insider information about an event
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or participating in a scheme to influence the outcome of any event covered by Win630
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Win630 staff or other members
• Providing false information to Win630 at any point, including during account registration or identity verification

7Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Win630's Right to Suspend

Win630 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account has been involved in prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity, or any violation of these Terms.

7.2 Member-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your Win630 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@win630.app. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, net of any pending wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds. Accounts closed at your request for responsible gaming reasons may be subject to a cooling-off period before reopening.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

A Win630 account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity. Win630 may charge an administrative fee of ₱100 per month on inactive accounts after written notification to the registered email address. Remaining account balances will not fall below ₱0 as a result of inactivity fees.

8Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on Win630 — including but not limited to the Win630 name, logo, website design, and game interfaces — are the exclusive property of Win630 or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works based on any Win630 content without prior written permission from Win630.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Win630 solely for personal recreational betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon closure or suspension of your Win630 account.

9Limitation of Liability

Win630 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure Win630 runs reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or delays that are outside our reasonable control.

Win630's total liability to you for any single claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made to your Win630 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Win630 is not responsible for any telecommunications or internet connectivity issues on your end that affect your ability to place or manage bets in real time. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable connection when using time-sensitive features such as live betting.

10Privacy and Data Protection

Win630 collects and processes personal data about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a Win630 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Win630 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you may close your Win630 account prior to the effective date of the changes. Continued use of Win630 after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Minor or non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect your rights — may be made without prior notice.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of Win630 that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication with our support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
